Wallpaperspace Trading Terms
Samples will be sent by first class post. We recommend that you order a sample prior to ordering your wallcovering as colours can vary depending on the pc used.
Samples can be ordered on the pattern pages are 52cm x 29cm (20.5” x 11.5”), show a representative section of the design at actual scale, the design repeat and reference colour spots.
Allow 5-7 working days for your sample to arrive from the date of order; however, there may be occasions that your order may be delayed due to public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
There is a charge of £3.95 per sample which is refundable when your first order is placed for the pattern sample received – just enter the code issued for an automatic deduction at check-out.
Allow 14-21 working days for your wallpaper to arrive from the date of order; however, there may be occasions that your order may be delayed due to public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
We cannot be financially liable for delay in fulfillinfg orders, however arising. We do recommend you await receipt of goods prior to booking decorators services.
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Shopping online with Wallpaperspace is free of complications and completely secure and protected against fraud or similar concerns. Wallpaperspace use Streamline Merchant Services, which have built in security. Your details are not captured or made available to anyone and your credit card details are encrypted so that no one can have access to any of these details.
Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is £13.60 (inc. VAT). For all deliveries outside the UK mainland, please email email@example.com for a carriage quote. Delivery will normally be within seven to ten working days from order by post or courier. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Wallpaperspace by email with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising. We do recommend you await receipt of goods prior to booking decorators services.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
As all of our Products are printed and made-to-order refunds or exchanges cannot be given by Wallpaperspace for Products ordered and delivered; therefore it is imperative that you ensure that your order is correct. In the event of a fault please return the Product to us with the labels and/or order confirmations. Please do note that you should check all wallpapers for faults before and during hanging. You should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault, please contact us immediately if a fault is found so that we can send out replacements if necessary. You should hang our wallpaper Product according to the recommendations printed on the reverse of label. If You wish to return Products, please send an e-mail to Wallpaperspace Customer Service before doing so to: firstname.lastname@example.org

This is our address for returns and any other communication. If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Health and Safety
Wallpaperspace makes available in good faith information about its Products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that Products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If You are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the Products or You become aware of any risk to health and safety, You should contact Us.
Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Wallpaperspace to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Wallpaperspace immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Wallpaperspace in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Wallpaperspace. The liability of Wallpaperspace will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded. As all wallpapers are printed to order we cannot accept returned non-faulty goods.
Your purchase of Products for Wallpaperspace will be a contract made in England and under England Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to You. Your rights are unaffected. Wallpaperspace can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Wallpaperspace site or by notifying You by e-mail. Further purchase of Products after such posting or notification constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your Local Laws
Use and import of Products by You are subject to Your own customs, policies, clearance and any fees and You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by Wallpaperspace as to the legality of the Products at the location where they are received. October 2008.

Copyright — All design, text, graphics, and the selection, alteration and arrangement of the aforesaid elements are the copyright wallpaperspace and Space Innovation Ltd.
Where designs and images are supplied by the customer, the customer must ensure that they are not contravening existing copyright law. It is the customers responsibility to know the copyright position of images supplied. The customer agrees to indemnify wallpaperspace and Space Innovation Ltd from all damages and costs that may result from legal action connected with copyright infringement involving work produced from images/ designs supplied by the customer.
Trade Marks — Space Innovation Ltd. is the owner of the Wallpaperspace trademark. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logo cited herein are the property of Wallpaperspace, its authorised partners or the products respective owners.
